SIZING & FIT

How does RevenX Active sizing run?

Most RevenX Active pieces are designed for a fitted, performance-style fit. Some styles may run slightly smaller depending on the fabric and design.

If you’re between sizes or prefer a little more room, we recommend sizing up.

Be sure to check the product description for any specific sizing notes before ordering.

What sizes do you carry?

Most RevenX Active styles are available in sizes Small through XXL, depending on the item and available inventory.

Will sold-out sizes be restocked?

Some styles and colors may be restocked, while others are limited releases.

If an item is part of our Last Chance collection, once it sells out, it may not return.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after purchase.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.

Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time, RevenX Active offers free shipping promotions or free shipping on qualifying orders.

Current offers will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are subject to our current return policy.

Items must meet all return eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Please review our full Return Policy before submitting a return or exchange request.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

If the requested size is available and your item qualifies under our return policy, an exchange may be possible.

Because many RevenX Active styles are limited in quantity, we cannot guarantee that another size will still be available.

Are worn or washed items eligible for return?

No.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

LAST CHANCE

What does “Last Chance” mean?

Last Chance includes styles, colors, seasonal pieces, discontinued items, and limited inventory that we’re preparing to move out of the collection.

When these pieces are gone, they may be gone for good.

Will Last Chance items be restocked?

Typically, no.

Last Chance is where you’ll find final quantities, final sizes, and styles we may not be bringing back.

Are Last Chance items final sale?

Any item marked Final Sale on the product page is not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

RESTOCKS & NEW RELEASES

How can I find out when something restocks?

The best way to stay updated is to subscribe to RevenX Active email and text notifications and follow us on social media.

Subscribers are often the first to hear about restocks, new drops, promotions, and limited releases.

How often do you release new items?

We release new products, colorways, and collections throughout the year.

Some releases are permanent styles while others are limited drops.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Can I use more than one discount code?

In most cases, discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Only one qualifying discount may apply per order.

My discount code isn’t working. What should I do?

First, check that:

• The code has been entered correctly.

• The promotion has not expired.

• Your order meets any minimum purchase requirement.

• The items in your cart are eligible for the promotion.

If you’re still having trouble, contact us before completing your order.

Can discount codes be used on Last Chance items?

Some promotions may exclude Last Chance or Final Sale merchandise.

Any exclusions will be listed with the promotion or reflected during checkout.

How should I wash my RevenX Active pieces?

To help protect the fit, stretch, color, and logo details of your activewear:

• Wash in cold water.

• Wash with similar colors.

• Turn garments inside out before washing.

• Avoid bleach.

• Avoid fabric softener when possible.

• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Always follow the care instructions listed on the garment.

How do I protect reflective logos and printed details?

Turn the garment inside out before washing and avoid excessive heat.

High heat can damage printed, reflective, or specialty logo applications.

SHOPPING IN STORE

Can I shop RevenX Active in person?

Yes. Select RevenX Active products are available for in-person shopping at our Houston-area retail location.

In-store inventory may be different from what is currently available online.

Can I pick up an online order in store?

If local pickup is available for your order, the option will appear during checkout.

Availability may vary depending on inventory and order type.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Why is an item available in store but sold out online?

Online and in-store inventory may be managed separately.

Some items, sizes, colors, promotions, or exclusive pieces may only be available at one location.

Do items stay in my cart once I add them?

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item is reserved.

Your purchase is secured once checkout is successfully completed.
